Ingredients:
First, you will need to zest two lemons. Next, cut your three lemons in half and scoop out the flesh inside (but dont throw them away!) Take the flesh of the lemons, cut them into pieces, and juice them through a seive. After you have juiced them into a separate cup, you will take your sugar,zest,and cream and heat it together in a small pot on low heat for about ten minutes. Once the mixture is finished heating, take it off heat and pour in the lemon juice. Stir with a whisk preferably. The last step is important so dont forget- after it is all mixed together, pour through a seive for a final time to remove the lemon zest. Then finally, leave in the fridge for at least three hours to chill! If you want to make this recipe extra cute, you can pour the Posset back into the shell of the lemon to act as little lemon bowls! enjoy!
